Responsible Gaming at Cash Lounge

At Cash Lounge, we take responsible gambling seriously. Our priority is to provide a secure and enjoyable environment where players can experience entertainment without compromising their well-being. We recognise that gambling should be a fun and social activity, but we are also aware that it can sometimes lead to problems. That is why we have implemented a comprehensive Responsible Gaming policy in line with the United Kingdom Gambling Commission’s regulations and best practices.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gambling

Cash Lounge is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, which means we adhere strictly to the UK Gambling Commission’s rules and guidelines. We strive to protect our players by offering practical tools and resources to help you manage your gambling activity responsibly and avoid harm.

Tools to Help You Stay in Control

We provide a range of features to empower you to gamble safely and within your limits:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of money you can deposit to control your spending.
Wager and Loss Limits: Manage your betting by capping how much you can wager or lose over a given period.
Session Time Limits: Choose how long you want to play and receive reminders or automatic session ends to prevent excessive gaming.
Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from playing on Cash Lounge for periods ranging from 24 hours up to six months or longer, if required.
Permanent Account Closure: If you decide to stop gambling entirely, you can request permanent account closure at any time.

Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling

It is important to be aware of behaviours that may indicate gambling is becoming a problem. You should consider seeking help if you:

Gamble with the aim of making money or chasing losses.
Borrow money or use credit to fund your gambling.
Spend more time or money gambling than you initially intended.
Neglect personal, work, or social responsibilities because of gambling.
Experience conflict with family or friends about your gambling habits.
Use money needed for essentials such as rent, bills, or food to gamble.
Find yourself constantly thinking about gambling or planning your next bet.

If you recognise any of these signs in your own behaviour, we encourage you to take immediate action and seek professional support.

Practical Tips for Responsible Gambling

Decide on a loss limit before you start playing and stick to it.
View gambling as a form of entertainment, never as a way to make money.
Avoid borrowing money or using credit to gamble.
Set time limits for your sessions and take regular breaks.
Maintain a balanced lifestyle with other hobbies and activities.
Do not gamble when feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, never with essential funds.

Self-Assessment and Support Services

If you are unsure about your gambling habits, you can take our confidential self-assessment quiz available on the Cash Lounge website. This tool will help you evaluate your behaviour and identify potential risks.

For further assistance, our dedicated Responsible Gambling Team is available to provide confidential advice and support. You can contact them via email at [email protected] or through Live Chat on our website.
